RISE Equipment does not accept the return of purchased goods or refund applications for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
You may be entitled to the return of purchased goods and apply for a refund of the original cost if the item meets the following criteria:
All refund and return applications will be at the discretion of RISE Equipment in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Products supplied by RISE Equipment are covered by manufacturer warranties. If an item is deemed defective and falls within the warranty period and guidelines, we will process a warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. A warranty claim may entitle you to repair, exchange, replacement or credit for the product value depending on the manufacturers' warranty details. Due to the nature of some equipment we carry, a warranty may not allow for repair. Refunds are not available for warranty claims as the goods have been used.
RISE Equipment does not cover the postage of goods for warranty claims. If postage reimbursement is available from the manufacturer, then we will endeavour to apply for this on your behalf.
RISE Equipment does not offer any warranty in addition to standard manufacturer warranties or requirements stated in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

On rare occasions, goods are recalled by the manufacturer for safety purposes. Recalls usually occur in specific batch numbers or series of products. It is important to maintain accurate contact information with us to ensure we can contact you if there is a recall of your purchased product. Recall information regarding product replacement or reimbursement will be determined case by case.
