Upon payment of your order you will receive an order confirmation email (check your spam) that includes your order summary and invoice receipt. We strive to fill all our orders within 1-2 days from payment, however if we find that there will be a longer than usual lead time for an order we will get in contact with you as soon as possible. Please ensure the shipping details you entered into the order form are correct prior to purchasing. If you don’t think you will be home at the time of delivery but have a safe place we can leave your items, then please fill out the ‘leave my order’ section. If your items have not been left at your premises then you will need to arrange with the freight company to collect your order at another time. RISE Pacific holds no responsibility, liability or insurance for the delivery or condition of goods delivered to a premises. You will receive an email notification from our nominated shipping provider once your order has been filled and dispatched. This email will give you the information required to track your order and estimate the delivery date and time.
RISE Pacific utilise various couriers to pickup and deliver our orders. Typical, within the sydney metro area, orders will be delivered between 2 - 5 days. Orders that require shipping of large or bulky items may require longer delivery times and incur additional costs. In the rare circumstance that we do not have your requested item in stock and your order becomes delayed, you will be notified by email or phone (dependant on contact details) and updated on the lead time of your item. RISE Pacific strives to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. Information on expected shipping times have been collated in the Shipping Times section above. RISE Pacific shall not be held liable for any delays in the dispatch or delivery of orders for circumstances including but not limited to; carrier or agent/representative delays, delays resulting from industrial action, natural disasters, protests, wars, health emergencies, excessive traffic and congestion or logistical issues with freight companies.
